U.S. EPA Seeks Input on More Stringent Stormwater Regulations
The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has announced plans to initiate a national rulemaking to reduce stormwater discharges from new development and redevelopment and to make other regulatory improvements to strengthen its stormwater program. Input will be provided through written comments and/or through apublic listening session on the Internet.
