TML Salaries and Benefits Survey

The Texas Municipal League (TML) partners with The Waters Consulting Group, Inc., to provide cities a salaries and benefits survey. With an annual subscription, salary data can be accessed, searched, and analyzed through SurveyNavigator™, a dynamic and interactive Web-based system.

Cities can use the survey data to assist in making meaningful compensation decisions based upon market trends.
