Ability to establish short and long range planning goals to assist in growth and maintenance of all departments. Strong budgetary and management skills a must. Outstanding interpersonal, leadership and communication skills with a strong customer service orientation essential. Experience in negotiation and in management of economic growth also extremely important.
Bachelors Degree or equivalent in public administration or business administration from accredited university. Masters degree preferred. Five years of successful municipal experience.
