Corsicana - Planning & Zoning Director
Job Description: Coordinates activities surrounding the platting, permit and interpretation of the City zoning, subdivision, building and other related codes. Acts as the City Sexton, selling City owned cemetery lots and issuing burial permits. Supervises a variety of activities that coincide with Code Enforcement and the complaint line. Administers budgets for the Bulk Solid Waste, Cemetery, Community Support, Zoning and Inspection Departments. Performs all duties of the Building Official.

San Benito - Planning Director
Job Description: •The Planning/CDBG Director will be responsible for the development of the City’s Land Use Study and Comprehensive Plan. This San Benito Economic Development Corporation (EDC)/City joint project should take approximately a year and a half (April 2008 through September 2009) to complete. The EDC has approved and funded all EDC eligible components for the study/plan and grant writing, which will require at least 50% of the Director’s time. •Directs the overall comprehensive, long-range planning programs which include annexations, zoning and subdivision reviews and historic preservation.
