Choose your preferred reservation method and follow instructions carefully to secure accommodations in Corpus Christi.
Helpful Tips to Secure Rooms at Your Preferred Hotel:
- In order to receive TML conference rates, you must book your rooms through the Corpus Christi Housing Bureau.
- Check deposits are not accepted.
- Delegates are encouraged to book rooms online to improve the probability of securing rooms at preferred hotels.
- Reservations made by fax will take longer to process and may result in delegates not receiving accommodations at a preferred hotel.
- Guest rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Special requests cannot be guaranteed; however, hotels will do their best to honor all special requests. Hotels will assign specific room types, based on availability, at check-in.
- You will receive an acknowledgment number when your reservation is confirmed. Be sure to print this information for your records.
- You will not receive acknowledgment/confirmation notice directly from the hotel.
- Reservations by telephone are not accepted.
How to Reserve Guest Rooms Online at Your Preferred Hotel (credit card required)
- To receive conference rates, visit www.tml.org/delegatehousing.asp and follow instructions to reserve guest rooms at your preferred Corpus Christi hotel. All rooms must be guaranteed with a valid credit card before your request will be processed.
- If you reserve rooms online, do not submit the TML Delegate Hotel Reservation Form by mail. This will only duplicate your reservation and increase your financial liability for hotel rooms.
How to Reserve Guest Rooms by Fax (credit card required)
- Fax your completed TML Delegate Hotel Reservation Form, with complete credit card information, to 361-888-4998.
When your guest room(s) are secured, the housing bureau will e-mail or fax an acknowledgment number to the contact person on your form. Reservations will not be guaranteed without a credit card deposit. Checks are not accepted.
Room Rates/Taxes/Cancellation Deadline
- To take advantage of TML conference rates, you must make your reservation by September 23. After this date, TML conference blocks will be released, and hotels may charge higher rates.
- All rates are subject to 15% occupancy tax.
- All hotel cancellations must be received in writing no later than September 23. Guest rooms canceled after September 23, 2010, will be charged one-night’s stay as a cancellation fee.
Changes to Existing Reservation/Cancellations:
- You cannot make changes to your reservations online.
- Send your changes or cancellation requests in writing to the Corpus Christi Housing Bureau by faxing to 361-888-4998 or sending an e-mail to yholcomb@cctexas.org with “TML Housing Change” in the subject line of your e-mail. The Corpus Christi Housing Bureau will continue to accept changes through October 10. After October 10, you must contact your hotel directly.
