2008 Delegate Conference Hotels (pdf)
To take advantage of the special TML conference rates, you must have made your reservation by September 23, 2008. TML conference room blocks have been released, and hotels may charge higher rates. All rates are per room and are subject to a 16.75 percent occupancy tax. Special requests cannot be guaranteed; however, hotels will do their best to honor all special requests. Hotels will assign specific room types, based on availability, at check-in.
At this time, to obtain accommodations in TML Conference Hotels please call the hotel direct to check availability.

To view hotels in the riverwalk area on your own:
Go to www.visitsanantonio.com; Click on Sleep; Under “Find Accommodations By” search by “hotels” in the “riverwalk” area. For other hotel options or assistance contact the TML Housing Bureau by e-mail at housing@visitsanantonio.com.
Please call your assigned hotel to modify or cancel current reservations.
