All sessions will be held at the Hilton College Station Hotel and Conference Center unless otherwise noted. The hotel is located at 801 University Drive East in College Station.

Registration Fees

Full registration includes all activities except golf. Guests may attend seminars but must purchase tickets for all meals and optional activities.

Cancellation and Substitution Policy:

If you are registered and cannot attend, we encourage you to send a substitute. If you cannot send a substitute, a $45 registration cancellation fee will be assessed if written cancellation is received by February 5, 2008. No refunds will be honored after February 5, 2008.

The Hilton College Station Hotel has offered a $96 single/double rate until February 5, 2008. For reservations, call the hotel at 979-693-7500 and refer to the BOAT Mid-Year Meeting room block.

One-Day Registration

A one-day registration fee is available for Thursday, February 28, 2008. The $100 fee includes breakfast, lunch, refreshment breaks, and educational sessions on Thursday. To attend the Awards Banquet, you must purchase a separate ticket.

Rental Car Information (Two Choices)

Enterprise Corporate Class discounts are available at www.enterprise.com. Under "Optional," enter the Corporate Class number, which is Y21222, and then hit "Search." Enter TEX for the company name. You may also call 800-736-8222 to make a reservation.

BOAT Golf Tournament (optional event)

The beautiful Briarcrest Country Club has been serving the Bryan/College Station area for more than 50 years. Briarcrest is located at 1929 Country Club Drive in Bryan. For specific information about the club, call 979-776-0133 or go to www.briarcrestcc.org. The BOAT Golf Tournament will begin at 7:00 a.m. on Wednesday, February 27, with beverages and a light breakfast. The fee to participate in the tournament is $50 per person and includes lunch. Texas A&M vs. Texas Tech (optional event)

On Wednesday, February 27, at 7:00 p.m., Texas A&M is playing Texas Tech in basketball. Whether you are a basketball fan or a Bobby Knight fan, you are guaranteed to have a great time! Although this is not a BOAT sponsored event, we have purchased a limited number of tickets. If you are a BOAT member and have paid the full mid-year registration fee, you can take advantage of this special event. Tickets are $25 each and will be given on a first-come, first-served basis. Anyone interested in attending the game must e-mail Randy Childers at randyc@ci.waco.tx.us. A ticket will be held for you, and instructions on payment for your ticket will be given after your request is received.

BOAT Awards Banquet

Join us at the Messina Hof Winery on Thursday, February 28, for the BOAT Awards Banquet. We'll begin with a tour of the winery at 6:00 p.m., with dinner at 7:00 p.m. Although the banquet is included for those paying the full registration fee, we ask that you indicate your attendance on the registration form. Transportation is on your own. Directions to Messina Hof Winery from the Hilton Hotel will be available at the BOAT registration desk.
