Cancellation and Substitution Policy:

A $45 fee will be assessed on all registration cancellations. Only written cancellations received prior to May 18, 2013, will be honored. Telephone cancellations will not be accepted. Please Note the Isla Grand's Reservation Policy:

  • All reservations at the Isla Grand will require a deposit of one night's room and tax (non-refundable, non-cancelable, and non-transferable).
  • The number of rooms that each caller is allowed to reserve will be limited to four.
  • Each reservation will require a name to be assigned to each room (e.g., no duplicate names will be allowed).
