*Special members include TCMA members who have joined since July 1, 2008; first-time attendees from cities with a population of less than 5,000; members of statewide assistants’ organizations who are NOT TCMA members; and academicians.
The above delegate registration fees include all sessions, handouts, a conference bag, refreshment breaks, the Friday Welcome Reception, and the Sunday brunch. All of the following events are priced separately, and tickets can be ordered on the registration form: Awards Luncheon (Friday), Regional Breakfasts (Saturday), Networking Luncheon (Saturday), Youth Event (Saturday night), Adult Social Events (Saturday night), and 5K Fun Run (Sunday).

The spouse/guest and youth registration fee includes the Friday Welcome Reception and the Sunday Brunch; all other
special events are priced separately, and tickets can be ordered on the registration form. Spouses and older youth are
welcome to attend educational sessions.
Each individual must be registered at the appropriate rate. To take advantage of the early-bird discount, your registration form or online registration (at www.tcma.org or www.tml.org) must be received in the TCMA office by May 15. Mail all registration forms to TCMA Annual Conference, 1821 Rutherford Lane, Suite 400, Austin, Texas 78754, or fax them to 512-231-7495.
The Hilton Austin Hotel, located at 500 East 4th Street in Austin, has offered a room rate of $179 single/double. This rate and room availability cannot be guaranteed after May 4. When making reservations, please call 512-482-8000 and identify yourself as a Texas City Management Association Annual Conference delegate. Please note that TCMA Annual Conference delegates are NOT exempt from hotel occupancy taxes.
If you are registered and cannot attend, we encourage you to send a substitute. If you cannot send a substitute, a $45 cancellation fee will be assessed if written cancellation is received in the TCMA office by May 15. No refunds will be honored after May 15.
TCMA discourages hospitality suite functions, which give rise to the appearance of seeking preferential treatment for a particular business. Individuals involved in such activities risk disciplinary actions as deemed appropriate by the Board in keeping with the TCMA Code of Ethics.
Please download the separate form to register for the golf tournament, and return your registration to the address provided on the form (NOT to TCMA). The tournament is scheduled for 7:00 a.m. on Thursday, June 4, at the Jimmy Clay Municipal Golf Course. The cost per player is $25.
