This nationally respected educational program--named posthumously in honor of William "King" Cole, a respected friend to TCMA and former Texas city manager--focuses on knowledge, commitment, and ethics in the spirit of "King."

Registration and Fees

Session I: Register by 5:00 p.m. (CST) on Friday, January 10, 2008, and receive the discounted early registration fee of $195. You will save $50 off the standard registration fee! For registrations received at TML after 5:00 p.m. (CST) on Friday, January 10, 2008, the registration fee is $245.

Session II: Register by 5:00 p.m. (CST) on Friday, February 15, 2008, and receive the discounted early registration fee of $195. You will save $50 off the standard registration fee! For registrations received at TML after 5:00 p.m. (CST) on February 15, 2008, the registration fee is $245.

SPECIAL NOTE! If you register for both sessions by Friday, January 10, 2008, the total fee is only $345!

The registration fee includes your tuition, course materials, daily refreshments, luncheons on Thursday and Friday.

Cancellation and Substitution Policy

If you are registered and cannot attend, we encourage you to send a substitute. If you cannot send a substitute, a $45 cancellation fee will be assessed if written cancellation is received by 5:00 p.m. (CST) on Friday, January 10, 2008, if you registered for Session I, or February 15, 2008, if you registered for Session II. No refunds will be honored after January 10 or February 15, respectively.
