TCEQ DROUGHT WORKSHOP
Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) Commissioner Carlos Rubinstein and Texas Water Development Board (TWDB) Chairman Billy Bradford, Jr. have asked TML to invite city officials to attend a Drought Emergency Planning Workshop at the Brownsville Events Center on June 14, 2012.
The workshop will cover the continuing drought, the emergency process, financial assistance, and emergency planning, followed by a question-and-answer session with representatives from the TCEQ, Texas Division of Emergency Management, and the TWDB.
