Texas Municipal League Contact Information Use Policy
The Texas Municipal League (TML) maintains a comprehensive, regularly updated city official database from which lists and reports are available to interested TML members. Contact lists include name, title, city name, and regular mailing address. Also available, upon request, is information about the city, including region, population, city phone, city fax and the city website URL, if available. Our system eliminates positions that are vacant and all duplicates.
Lists are available by email in ASCII (comma delimited) or EXCEL formats. The standard turnaround time for an order is five (5) business days. Rush orders will be handled on a case-by-case basis and may involve an additional charge. Reports are available for the same processing fees as for lists at $30.00 per hour.
Persons from non-governmental entities wishing to place an order must be employed by an entity that is a current TML Associate member. Information regarding opportunities for becoming active in TML is available under "Market with TML" on this web site.
The Texas Municipal League reserves the right to deny requests for lists which would be used to mail materials that the League considers unsuitable, in poor taste or misleading.
- To expedite the order, please include a copy or draft of the material to be mailed.
- If the mailing is for a meeting or conference, the dates and locations for the event should be included along with the selection criteria for the city officials you wish to contact.
- All lists are furnished on a limited-use basis for one-time mailing only and may not be copied, reused or used by anyone other than the original requestor.
- You may pay by VISA, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover credit cards or include a check for full payment with your order.

$30.00 plus $.05 per name
Minimum Report Charge:
$30.00 plus $30.00 per hour
