Evelyn Njuguna
Evelyn earned her undergraduate degree in political science, magna cum laude, from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville, Tennessee. She received her law degree from the University of Tennessee in 2003, where she served as Research Editor of the Tennessee Law Review. Prior to joining TML in September 2006, Evelyn served as staff attorney for the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality where she provided legal advice to all levels of management on employment law, procurement law, and open government.
