Kenneth “Ken” E. Roberts
Ken has been the city administrator for the City of Selma since May 2003. He has also been the city administration for the cities of La Coste and Cibolo. He was employed by the Department of Defense from 1976 -1995. He held positions as a base manager, comptroller, deputy comptroller, budget analyst, accountant, and auditor. During his employment with the Department of Defense he lived in Washington, D.C., Europe, Chicago, Alaska, North Carolina, Atlanta, Panama, and San Antonio. Ken also worked as an auditor for the Department of Housing & Urban Development from 1974-1976.
Ken is a Certified Public Manager from Southwest Texas State, 2000 and also attended the Federal Executive Institute at the University of Virginia, 1991 and Marshall University in1974.
Ken is a native of Kentucky. He and his wife Susie have two sons, Jason, U.S. Coast Guard Attorney and Joshua, Marketing Director.
