2. At the 2022 TML Annual Conference, all resolutions will go directly to the membership at the TML business meeting, which will meet on October 6, 2022, at 3:30 p.m. at the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center in San Antonio. Each city is entitled to one representative at the business meeting. The representative isn't required to have any special expertise, and an elected official representative is encouraged but not required. The representative must sign up electronically prior or can sign up in person at a table outside of the meeting room. Cities are encouraged to sign up their representative early.
