A city official can encounter liability challenges in every corner of city hall and throughout the city. What are some examples? Employment decisions, vendor contracts, council and board meetings, city planning, public information requests, and many other issues a city official deals with every day—
all these and more can lead to liability.

Make plans now to attend our one-day workshop on this topic that affects you personally. You’ll hear dynamic speakers from the TML legal department and other liability experts, who will guide you and show you how to avoid potential liability pitfalls.
